Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join as Deputy Manager/ Manager – Merchandising. This role is based in Adamjee EPZ (Narayanganj), and the candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the merchandising process.
Set and achieve sales targets by collaborating with the sales and marketing teams.
Develop and implement the TNA (Time and Action) execution plan to ensure timely production milestones.
Oversee and manage the sample development process to ensure quality and timely completion.
Optimize the right product mix based on market trends and customer preferences.
Ensure smooth delivery of products by coordinating with suppliers and production teams.
Manage costing processes to maintain profitability and competitiveness in the market.
Monitor and control consumption of materials to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
Provide effective team management, including training and mentoring junior merchandising staff.
Maintain and control trims & accessories stock to prevent shortages or excesses.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of merchandise and make recommendations for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on key merchandising metrics and present findings to senior management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements

12 to 16 years
