Job Description / Responsibility

As a Travel Executive at M D H HOLIDAYS, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional travel services to our clients. Success in this position entails delivering outstanding customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and efficient handling of travel-related tasks. This role is an integral part of our organization, contributing to our commitment to creating unforgettable travel experiences for our clients.
Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Provide expert guidance on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance options.
Handle reservations, ticketing, and travel documentation with precision and accuracy.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless travel arrangements and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Travel Agent, Tour Operator
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 20 to 35 years
Professional typing skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Knowledge of travel reservation systems and booking platforms is a plus.
Previous experience in the travel industry or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
A passion for travel and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
