Job Description / Responsibility

- Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Help with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, such as recording financial transactions, verifying and reconciling entries, and maintaining general ledgers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support the preparation of various financial reports.
- Assist in the documentation and improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
- Aid in reconciling bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Assist in conducting periodic inventory audits and reconciling inventory records.
- Provide timely reports to the supervisor regarding financial transactions and accounts.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date financial records.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Advertising Agency, Airline, Travel Agent, Tour Operator
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 23 to 30 years
- Advanced level proficiency in MS Office suite (Especially in MS Excel and Google Spreadsheet).
- Excellent typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40-45 wpm.
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure error free data input.
- Working Shifts: 5 p.m. to 2 a.m./ 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. (Evening and Night Shift).
