Job Description / Responsibility

Collect cash or cheque from customer & issue Money Receipt in system.
SAP F-30 Customer Line item Adjustment every day 9.00am and 4.30pm.
Ensure to deposit the cash or cheque with in banking time.
BD Central Dealer Money Receipt prepare in SAP System after confirmation of Deposit in Bank Ledger and confirm in Druti Apps immediately to TSO.
Customer ledger / Scan Copy provides as per requirement of TSO/TSE and ASM.
Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement within 05th of the Following Monthly.
Dealer Cash Collect at BHO, Issue Money Receipt and Timely deposited in Bank.
Every day Cross Check Customer Deposited Bank & SAP Bank Ledger.
Ensure customer balance confirmation certificate twice in a year.
Collect PDC, CDC before Sales Order release and timely deposit.
Cash closing statement prepares and signs by in charge.
Customer ledger reconciliation and customer closing balance discrepancy remove with SAP balance.
Bank Collection Deposit mail to Sales People absence other team member.
Prepare bounce cheque report and issue reminder letter.
Dealer / Distributor receivable management and collect committed overdue.
Maintain records of daily financial transaction by entering data in SAP.
Manage and co-ordinate collection through sales person.
Prepare analytical report and MIS for management purpose.
BD Central Dealer Problem attend and Solve with the TSO.
RDL Cheque Collection, Monitoring, Money Receipt Prepare & follow up.
BD Central Dealer Ledger Scan Copy Send to TSO with in 08th of following month.
After Bank Deposit Hour Dealer Collected Cash Kept in Vault with Safely.
Customer (Dealer, Domestic & Corporate) related critical problem solved.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
University of Dhaka,University of Chittagong,Jahangirnagar University,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
