Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Overview:
- As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our website's organic search ranking and drive targeted traffic. You will also handle some digital marketing tasks as well as optimize website content, conduct keyword research, and monitor website performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, technical SEO, and analytics tools. Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases.
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and traffic for the platform. This includes conducting keyword research, backlink strategies, and technical SEO optimizations.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies that attract qualified leads through various digital channels.
- Optimize our online content for search engines to improve visibility and rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to identify opportunities for growth.
- Implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and convert visitors into leads and sales.
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to acquire new customers.
- Analyse market trends and customer behaviors to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine targeting strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Maintain strong, ongoing communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and to build lasting relationships.
- Provide regular updates on campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to help clients achieve their marketing and sales objectives.
- Utilise tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs to monitor and report on SEO performance. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve strategy effectiveness continually.
- Collaborate with content teams to guide the creation of SEO-friendly content, ensuring it aligns with keyword strategies and business objectives. This includes video, motion graphics, animation, and graphic design oversight.
- Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes, adapting strategies to maintain and improve search engine rankings.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop integrated digital marketing strategies to drive overall business growth, including Google Ads and Facebook advertising.
- Implement and test various CRO techniques to improve website conversion rates, enhancing user experience and maximising ROI.
- Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline marketing tasks. Utilise analytics to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements
