Job Description / Responsibility
  • Managing and interpreting client requirements, calculating client quotations, negotiating contract terms and conditions.
  • Coordinating project sales, solving client problems & offer after sales support services.
  • Searching for new clients and visiting potential clients.
  • Developing and maintaining existing relationships with clients set up sales network.
  • Recording and maintaining client contact data.
  • Individual sales and Group sales supporting other sales person to meet regular sales target

Educational Requirements
  • Diploma in Engineering
  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Steel

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 24 to 32 years
  • Proven work experience and track record as Sales Engineer.
  • Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Should have entrepreneurial and innovative mentality.
  • Should have unique personality with self-recognizer in the business environment.
  • Having knowledge about organizational behavior, Individual perception, attitude, and motivation that might have filled best expectation for the company.
