Job Description / Responsibility

Ensure smooth activity of Engineering Department in favour of plant machinery operation following GMP norm.
Prepare Users Required Specification (URS), Bill of Quantities(BOQ) for equipment and project work.
Responsible for installation, commissioning and monitoring of HVAC system, machineries , equipments and make records as necessary.
Ensure required air balancing, pressure differencial, temperature and humidity as per SOP .
Prepare SOP for all utility machinery and engineering activities.
Prepare preventive maintenance schedule of machinery and execute as per plan.
Monitor Sub-station and electrical load calculation and its effective distribution.
Always upgrade electrical panel board and switch board.
Supervise and execute engineering teamwork. Ensure engineering support so that activity of all department can run smoothly.
Carryout calibration and validation of equipment and machinery during installation.
Monitor Genarator operation , maintain log book fuel consumption register and produce report on fuel consumption as monthly basis.
Monitor operation of PW and WFI System, ETP, Air compressor Unit
Perform any other job assigned by Plant Management.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical
Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Engineering

Experience Requirements

At least 7 years
