Job Description / Responsibility

BETELCO (Manufacturing Electric machineries in the power sector) require experienced personnel in the following fields for its expansion program. Applications are hereby invited Marketing & Sales Division for this positions.
Title: Marketing & Sales of 33/11/.415kV Electrical Transformer & Substation equipments, Generator, BBT, Solar System, Automation etc.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via meetings, telephone calls and email for marketing of our products. Planning & organizing for different marketing activities.
To formulate strategic plan to achieve growth and meet sales target
To plan & direct activities of the field sales force to secure maximum sales volume and profit target
To develop strategies and objectives with regard to revenue, profitability and market opportunities.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Additional: MBA in Marketing

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms, Garments, Textile, Spinning, Power

Additional Job Requirements

Age 28 to 35 years
Skill required: BOQ, Electrical (Power), Experience in Substation or power industrial will get preference.
Must be willing to take on additional job responsibilities if the need arises.
