Job Description / Responsibility
  • Working with the principal Architects / Engineering team to prepare Architectural plans, sections, elevations, detailed construction/interior drawings in AutoCAD.
  • Prepare Architectural working drawings, electrical, built-in joinery, furniture and construction related drawings.
  • Prepare BOQ as per drawing.
  • Interact with engineers and designers to quickly and accurately create drawings during design process.
  • Maintain drawing files and coordinate document distribution to customer, job site, and vendors.
  • Fill in technical details using drawings, rough sketches, specifications, and calculations made by engineers and surveyors.
  • Prepare drawings showing the detail and assembly of a wide variety of equipment and devices, indicating dimensions and other requirements.
  • Prepare drawings used in the layout, construction, and operation of systematic processes.
  • Re-design in shortest possible time as per given correction by concerned engineer.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the superiors.
  • Meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

Educational Requirements
  • Diploma in Architecture/ Auto CAD/ Civil Engineering.
Experience Requirements
  • 5 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design
