Job Description / Responsibility

A very renowned Group of companies of the country is looking for its 100% compliance and export oriented Knit Garments Factory located at Kalma Bazar, Savar, Dhaka.
Job Responsibility:
Should have Experience in Garments Factory or Real State Construction Sector.
Must have practical experience of interior finishing of Garments/commercial building.
Previous experience in construction project management, with a focus on finishing works.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques related to finishing works.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Should have knowledge of BNBC 2020,
Should have knowledge NFPA about fire rated construction procedure.
