Job Description / Responsibility
  • Work closely with production reporting and Oracle developers to understand system requirements and execute solutions to meet business needs and report to MD.
  • Collect, review, and analyze department reports to ensure strategic goals and objectives are being met and report MD.
  • Work closely with production reporting and Oracle developers to understand system requirements and execute solutions to MD.
  • Daily check all corresponding of MD, important mail and inform timely.
  • Organize inbound emails into the appropriate folders and any relevant information to be copied into the correct file on the hard drive.
  • Maintaining all kinds of correspondence and updated all information.
  • All kinds of Email drafting and respond to emails as much as possible, dealing with appointments, and all types of queries.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements in connection with others and ensure arrangements in place for the MD match his requirements.
  • Ensure the MD is fully briefed on, or prepared for, any engagements he is involved in.
  • Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the MD

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
  • Shahjalal University of Science & Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements
  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • Best writing skills & fluency in English.
  • Outstanding skills in mail Communication.
  • Good knowledge in 5s, 6 sigma, lean management & other productivity enhancement tools & techniques.
