- We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Executive for Crochet Elastic. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our crochet elastic product line, from production to distribution. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success and growth of our company.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Receive Booking TDS, Approval & Production Plan from the superior.
- Make Requisition Booking wise & Collect RM from Store & Handover to Warping Section with Warping Work Order after QC Pass.
- Provide necessary direction to Supervisor for Setting the Machine according to given plan by following TDS & Correct Material-when receive Beam from Warping.
- After completing machine Setting, checking 1st Output with TDS & Handover to QC Team for Final Approval. if all okay then go for Bulk.
- Ensure Production achievement according to Planning team's target.
- Guide Supervisor & Operator in order to ensure output goods quality is perfectly okay with approval.
- Ensure daily basis Produced goods to Finishing Section & Follow-up finishing time, ensure that the product quality is okay as per TDS.
- Keep record daily handover goods to finishing team in the back page of booking Sheet & after closing it Handover to the superior.
- Each order after delivery complete excess RM return to store as per SOP.
- Prepare completion report as per on order & submit to superior.
- Prepare monthly WIP & handover to superior.
- Strongly Follow up Shift Manpower for Proper Utilization.
- Strongly Follow up Product Technical Issue as per given instruction by the superior.
- Arrange Daily Morning Meeting shift wise for Production Related Issue.
- Work closely with supervisor and workers on improving the production efficiency by adhering quality & approval.
- To oversee and ensure that all critical nodes for quality indices are improve on qualified processes using quality improvement tools.
- Ensure all aspect of an operations or process meet according to specific requirements.
- Ensure Production Area neat & clean.
- Ensure on time Delivery.
- Ensure reduce the wastage below 1.5%Ensure warping & setting time as per given Time Frame by IE.
- Maintain re-order level for Spare Parts.
- Perform any other task by the management
Educational Requirements
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering or relevant field.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Garments Accessories
Additional Job Requirements
- Proven track record of success in narrow fabric production, preferably in the Crochet Elastic production line.
- In-depth knowledge of Crochet Elastic Products like Plain Elastic, Brush Elastic, Adjustable Elastic & All kinds of Picot Elastic products.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to solve problem into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving quality manufacturing growth and achieving targets.
