Job Description / Responsibility
  • Monitor and follow up daily activities of all the Depots.Monitoring of feed & DOC (Day Old Chicks) distribution from the factories, Depots and Hatcheries.
  • Arrange transport for delivery of feed and chicks as per Delivery Order.
  • Follow up daily physical count of all materials.Prepare Daily Stock Report, Distribution Report & Market Demand report and any other report required by the management.Strictly maintain FIFO system for goods delivery.
  • Ensure Challan and Gate Pass during delivery of goods.
  • Maintain and ensure fixed asset register.
  • Coordination with marketing team & dealer/retailer for delivery schedule for smooth delivery.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 30 to 35 years
  • Computer Operating(Ms Word and Ms Excel) and good communication skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office.
