Job Description / Responsibility
- Online Booking, Export document prepare, document submit to Bank & follow up to receive the payment.
- Prepare all types of export documents for woven Garments for different buyers.
- Make Commercial Invoice, Packing List, CO, GSP, SAPTA. Collect BL, FCR, CO, GSP, SAPTA from Forwarder and Association.
- Submit documents to Bank (BL, FCR, TT and LC documents Collection TT, LC, other documents from Bank.
- Communicate with Freight Forwarder, C&F, Buying House related shipment related issues.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Should have experience online EXP issue from Bangladesh Bank Web portal.
- Arrange shipping details such as export license, custom declarations, packing and routing of goods.
- Communicate directly with clients as necessary to answer questions, relay shipping updates and handle complaints calmly and efficiently.
- Prepare Commercial invoice, packing list, and detailed packing list for export and ensure online shipment booking & documentation for Export.
- Onetime date entry in ERP Export.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- Master of Commerce (MCom)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements
- 4 to 8 years
