Job Description / Responsibility
- We are searching for a Senior Visualizer (Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager) with a "future-forward" mindset. You’ll be our lead visual storyteller, blending classic design principles with the efficiency of AI. Whether it’s a high-end coffee table brochure or a viral digital campaign, you know how to make it look premium, trendy, and cohesive.
- What You’ll Be Doing:
- AI-Enhanced Ideation: Use Generative AI (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E) to storyboard, conceptualize, and produce high-fidelity visuals at scale.
- Print & Production: Design high-impact communication materials, including corporate brochures, annual reports, event branding, and large-format print media.
- Brand Evolution: Maintain and evolve our visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring we remain at the forefront of design trends.
- Hybrid Workflows: Take raw AI outputs and refine them using Photoshop and Illustrator into professional, brand-compliant assets.
- End-to-End Execution: Manage projects from the initial "mood board" phase through to the final print-ready files (pre-press).

Additional Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional design experience in a creative agency or fast-paced corporate environment.
- The "Design-First" Mindset: A degree in Fine Arts or Graphic Design is a plus, but your portfolio is your true resume.
- We want to see a deep understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- AI Proficiency:
- You must be comfortable integrating AI into your workflow to speed up production and explore new creative styles.
- Print Specialist:
- Expert knowledge of bleed, margins, CMYK vs. RGB, and paper stock specifications for high-quality communication materials.
- Software Stack:
- Expert: Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Intermediate:
- Figma/Canva for digital collaboration.
- AI Tools: Midjourney, Magnific, or similar.
- The Ideal Candidate:
- You follow design accounts on Behance/Dribbble and know what's "in" right now.
- You don't just "generate" images; you direct them.
- You are detail-oriented enough to catch a 1pt alignment error in a 50-page print document.
