Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company’s client base.
- Identify and contact potential client companies locally and internationally.
- Arrange and attend meetings with company representatives, HR managers, and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new clients.
- Identify, contact, and communicate with key decision-makers of client companies.
- Present and promote the company’s manpower supply and recruitment services to potential clients.
- Gather and analyze client requirements for manpower needs and job specifications.
- Coordinate regularly with the Bangladesh recruitment team to stay updated on candidate availability and recruitment progress.
- Maintain professional communication through email, calls, and online meetings using fluent spoken English.
- Develop marketing and branding ideas to increase company visibility in the manpower market.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for management.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure high client satisfaction through timely updates and professional service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets set by management.
- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and industry networking programs.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor / Honors degree from a recognized university.
Additional Job Requirements
- Candidates with education from a foreign country will be highly preferred.
- Candidates with IELTS certification or international study experience will get preference.
- Must have valid driving license (GCC / International / Home country license preferred).
- Must have good driving skills and confidence in driving for official purposes.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of marketing and business development.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with company clients and key decision-makers.
- Confident in conducting meetings and presentations with company representatives.
- Skilled in identifying client requirements and promoting suitable manpower solutions.
- Knowledge of branding and promoting company services to local and international clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online communication platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate closely with the Bangladesh recruitment team.
