Job Description / Responsibility

Market Research and Expansion:
Analyzing the market and finding new customers/markets.
Monitoring the competitive market situation.
Determining the gaps of the market and planning to take market shares.
Find out the market size of the product.
Sales Target Implementation:
Achieve sales targets for assigned areas/zones
Prepare and implement monthly and quarterly sales plans
Dealer and Market Management:
Maintain relationships with dealers, sub-dealers and retailers
Create new dealers/outlets
Ensure product display, visibility and availability in the market
Sales Team Management:
Supervise the work of SR/TSO/Sales Representatives
Provide regular guidelines and motivation to the team
Regularly attend market visits
Market Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor prices, offers and activities of competing brands
Send daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to DSM or head office
Collection and Credit Control:
Ensure timely collection of money from dealers
Keep outstanding under control
Promotion and Campaign Implementation:
Properly implementing the company's offers, discounts and promotions in the market
Playing an active role in new product launches

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Masters

Experience Requirements

6 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Crockeries

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 30 years
Candidate Must Have Experience In Melamine Industry.
