Job Description / Responsibility
  • Create and maintain accurate accounting records, including journals, ledgers, and supporting documentation for financial transactions such as payments, receipts, expense vouchers, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Enter financial data into accounting systems using designated software applications, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and expense claims in compliance with company policies.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure proper accounting of all transactions.
  • Handle banking-related activities such as deposits, withdrawals, cheque processing, and coordination with banks as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
