Job Description / Responsibility
  • Oversee IT infrastructure including servers, networks, hardware, and software.
  • Ensure data security, system backup, disaster recovery, and access control.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and cybersecurity standards
  • Manage IT support team and monitor performance.
  • Prepare IT budget, system reports, and improvement plans.
  • Provide regular system performance and risk reports to management.
  • Oversee IT asset lifecycle management including procurement, tagging, and disposal.
  • Coordinate internal and external IT audits and ensure compliance readiness.
  • System Maintenance: Installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware and software (OS, ERPs, CRM systems).
  • Managing LAN/WAN, VPNs, and internet connectivity including configuring routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Setup new hire accounts, managing permissions via Active Directory or Okta, conducting offboarding for exit employees.
  • Implementing backup strategies and disaster recovery plans to ensure data can be restored quickly after a failure.
  • Maintaining antivirus software, applying security patches, and monitoring for suspicious network activity.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements
  • 5 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies
