Job Description / Responsibility
  • Manage factory IT systems including Computers, Network, Attendance devices, Payroll systems and Tally software
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, routing, and tunneling
  • Expertise in Windows operating systems, including installation and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Outlook 365, Google Workspace, IMAP, and POP email configuration
  • Required knowledge in Cyber Security and IT best practices.
  • Practical knowledge of CCTV (DVR/NVR) systems and Access Control Devices
  • Experience in video conferencing setup, including cameras, audio devices, and network configuration.
  • Proficiency in using conferencing platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams
  • Understanding of IPS/UPS/Generator systems for IT power backup
  • Strong user service orientation and communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills for maintaining documentation and asset records
  • Capability to create and present IT performance reports
  • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and backup
  • Provide day-to-day IT support to factory departments
  • Experience in Factory/RMG payroll & IT support will be highly preferred
  • Any other task assigned by the management

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
Experience Requirements
  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Boutique/ Fashion, Garments, Garments Accessories, Textile
