Job Description / Responsibility

Land Management & Documentation: Verify and maintain land-related documents including C.S, S.A, R.S, Mutation, Title/Via Deeds, Porcha, and Mouza maps.
Legal Compliance & Vetting: Ensure all land acquisitions and developments comply with national land laws, land registration systems, and zoning regulations.
Liaison with Authorities: Coordinate with land offices, Sub-Registrar offices, AC Land, and DC offices for mutation, surveying, and registration processes.
Drafting & Legal Action: Draft agreements, deeds, legal notices, and replies. Initiate legal actions as per management decisions and coordinate with panel lawyers.
Title Search & Due Diligence: Perform title searches to verify ownership and ensure properties are free from encumbrances.
Database Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date physical and digital records of all company land assets.
Field Operations: Conduct site visits, manage land surveys, and supervise land-related projects.
Job Location: Ashulia Model Town.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Law (LLB)

Experience Requirements

4 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup

Additional Job Requirements

Experience: Usually requires 4-5 years of experience in legal roles, specifically within real estate, property, or corporate legal departments.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of Transfer of Property Act, Contract Act, Registration Act, and local land laws.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable with digital survey records.
Communication: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to deal with government officials.

Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple projects/files simultaneously.
