বার কাউন্সিলের সনদ থাকা আবশ্যক নয়; তবে যে সকল কর্পোরেট আইন, কোম্পানী ও ব্যাংকিং আইন, বিধি-উপবিধি সংক্রান্ত প্রাথমিক ধারণা থাকা অত্যন্ত আবশ্যক। উক্ত আইন সমুহের উপর ভিত্তি করে আইনগত মতামত প্রদান করতে পারদর্শী ব্যক্তিকেই নিয়োগ প্রদান করা হবে।

আবেদনকারীর শুদ্ধ ও সাবলিল ভাবে ইংরেজিতে আইনগত মতামত দেওয়ার পারদর্শি হইতে হইবে।
বর্তমানের আধুনিক Internet, E-mail, AI Tools, বিভিন্ন Apps বিষয়ে বাস্তবিক ধারণা থাকিতে হইবে।
উপরোক্ত কাজের জন্য যোগ্য প্রার্থীদের সাক্ষাৎকারের জন্য ডাকা হবে এবং যথাযথ যাচাই-বাছাই সাপেক্ষে নিয়োগ প্রদান করা হবে। প্রয়োজনীয় অভিজ্ঞতা না থাকলে আবেদন করার বিষয়ে নিরুৎসাহিত করা হচ্ছে।
