Job Description / Responsibility

Manage overall Employee Relations (ER) activities to maintain a healthy workplace environment
Handle recruitment & selection processes including CV screening, interviews, hiring, and onboarding
Execute disciplinary actions such as issuing warning letters, show cause notices, suspension, and termination in compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law
Coordinate and support training & development programs based on organizational needs
Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and ensure proper communication between management and employees
Maintain HR policies, SOPs, employee records, and compliance documentation
Support office/ Client office discipline and ensure adherence to company rules and code of conduct
Prepare HR reports and assist management in HR-related decision-making

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Business Administration, or Management

Experience Requirements

1 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Consulting Firms, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup, Financial Consultants, Law Firm, Software Company, Training Institutes
