Job Description / Responsibility
  • Plan, organize, and conduct welfare and training programs for workers and staff in line with factory policies and labor laws.
  • Deliver training on worker welfare, workplace behavior, health & hygiene, fire safety, harassment prevention, and grievance procedures.
  • Coordinate with HR, Compliance, Safety, and Production teams to identify training and welfare needs.
  • Prepare training materials, presentations, posters, and visual aids suitable for shop-floor workers.
  • Maintain proper training records, attendance sheets, photos, and reports for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Support buyer, compliance, and social audit-related training requirements.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of welfare and training programs and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in implementing worker engagement and awareness programs.
  • Ensure training activities comply with labor law, buyer Code of Conduct, and factory compliance standards.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR / Social Science / Management preferred).
  • PGD in HRM / Compliance will get preference.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
