Job Description / Responsibility
  • Biswas Developer & Construction Ltd. is seeking a disciplined and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction project execution and site administration. The ideal candidate will be a Civil Engineer with strong leadership capability; retired Major from the Bangladesh Army will be given preference due to proven expertise in leadership's discipline, logistics management, and operational control.
  • The role requires ensuring project quality, maintaining strict safety standards, supervising manpower, and delivering projects on time within budget.
  • Job Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and supervise overall construction project activities
  • Ensure timely execution of work according to design and specifications
  • Maintain discipline, safety, and security at project sites
  • Supervise site engineers, contractors, suppliers, and workforce
  • Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with engineering standards & regulations
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and company management
  • Control material usage and prevent wastage, theft, or misuse
  • Implement safety procedures and risk management protocols
  • Resolve site issues and handle emergencies efficiently
  • Verify measurements, bills, and contractor work progress
  • Maintain proper documentation and site records

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience Requirements
  • 7 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer
