Senior Appointment Setter

Job Description / Responsibility

We are hiring top‑tier Bangladeshi Sales Professionals to book appointments for a multinational marketing company based in Toronto, Canada.
Context:
This role is only for experienced closers and appointment setters who already know the North American market.
If you do not have a strong track record in cold calling or appointment setting, this position is not for you.
Responsibilities:
Call homeowners in Canada/USA for Solar, HVAC and other home‑service campaigns.
Qualify prospects using clear criteria (homeowner status, property type, credit/utility bill ranges, interest level).
Present offers confidently, handle objections, and move the call to a firm booked appointment.
Book a minimum of 60 qualified appointments per month into our calendar/CRM.
Work evening/night shifts aligned with North American time zones.
Maintain accurate call notes and appointment details for the sales team.
Hit daily, weekly and monthly KPIs without excuses.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 40 years
Only apply if you are consistently a top performer in your current or previous calling team.
Proven record of booking at least 50 qualified appointments/sales per month on previous campaigns.
Strong understanding of North American culture, time zones and homeowner profiles.
Comfortable working night shifts and maintaining high energy for long calling blocks.
Must be target‑driven, highly competitive, and hungry to earn significantly more than standard market salaries.
We are specifically looking for professionals who know they have been underpaid for years and want to finally get compensated at the level of their performance.
