Job Description / Responsibility

Handling tour & travel-related customer queries
Air ticket issuing (Domestic & International)
Hotel booking and itinerary planning
Communicating with clients over phone, email, and in-person
General computer operations and browsing tasks
Maintaining good customer service and client follow-ups

Educational Requirements

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in tour & travel-related work
Must be proficient in computer usage and internet browsing
Must know air ticketing systems and hotel booking platforms
Basic communication skills in English (spoken & written)
