Job Description / Responsibility
  • Responsible for implementing sales and marketing activities in order to grow business and achievement of sales targets
  • Ensure business targets are met by developing new relationships and leveraging existing ones within the customer base
  • Responsible for acquiring new customers through multiple channels – campaigns, walk-ins, referrals from existing customers
  • Analysis of financial status to evaluate the credit worthiness of the client
  • Collect and complete applications with all required documents on daily basis from potential clients
  • Coordinate with Team Leader/ Line Manager in preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Promote specific products as directed by Line Management
  • Any other Business Development activities assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

  • Ability to achieve individual monthly Business Target of Core Product: Liability/ Personal Loan/ Auto Loan/ Home Loan
  • Result driven and able to work independently to achieve sales target
  • Pleasant and presentable personality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, confident, creative, resourceful and target oriented
  • Physical fitness and willingness to work at field level
  • Geographic mobility and flexibility
