Job Description / Responsibility
  • Must have good communication skills (can speak clearly and politely).
  • Must know how to use smartphone and basic computer.
  • Must be friendly, patient, and helpful with customers.
  • Should answer customer calls, messages, and emails.
  • Must solve customer problems quickly and correctly.
  • Must work well in a team.
  • Should be able to work under pressure.
  • Must have basic typing skills.
  • Minimum education: HSC / Graduate (preferred).
  • Experience in customer service is a plus (not mandatory).
