Job Description:
Evolved Aesthetic Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, providing accurate information about aesthetic treatments, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Respond to patient inquiries regarding treatments and services
Schedule and confirm appointments
Follow up with potential and existing patients
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
Maintain proper call records and patient data
Candidates without prior experience in an aesthetic call center are kindly requested not to apply.
