Job Description / Responsibility
  • Merchant data entry and update in ERP system
  • Verify and maintain accurate system records
  • Prepare ERP reports as required
  • Coordinate with related departments for data correction
  • Maintain proper digital filing and documentation
  • Perform basic computer troubleshooting
  • Ensure data confidentiality and system security at all times.

Educational Requirements
  • Higher Secondary
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • Minimum 2 year experience in Data Entry/ERP system
  • Minimum typing speed: 30 WPM (English)
  • Good command of Computer (especially MS Office-Excel)
  • Basic ERP knowledge
  • Punctual, active, responsible with a strong work ethic
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer maintenance skills.
