Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context
- Outsource Experts Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Team Lead (Photo Editing Service) to manage incoming customer orders, oversee smooth production workflow, and maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance operational efficiency with customer satisfaction.
- Job Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and process customer orders via the platform or email, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Communicate with clients, the Production team, and Customer Support team to clarify instructions, resolve issues, and provide timely updates.
- Translate and simplify order instructions into clear Bangla for internal teams and subcontractors.
- Handle customer queries and custom order placements.
- Plan and manage production schedules while coordinating with the production team to meet order requirements.
- Monitor order progress, identify discrepancies or delays, and take corrective action to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Review service categories and instructions for accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze order management issues, recommend process improvements, and foster cross-team collaboration to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare periodic reports for supervisors or management.
- Respond Client quries and quotations.
Educational Requirements
Experience Requirements
- At least 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, IT Enabled Service, Web Media/Blog, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup, E-commerce, F-commerce
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Graphics Design
- Highly skilled in photo editing using Adobe Applications
- Graphics Design
- Prompt Engineering
- Flexible to work in shifts (Morning, Evening, or Night)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication skills in both English and Bangla
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
