Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context
- The job holder needs interaction with Manufacturing Dept.,
- purchase Dept., Unit Heads & Team members.
- Responsibilities & Context:
- Finalize Monthly Financial Statements and Publish Management Reports.
- Monitoring Bill & Voucher preparation & posting to the system as well as reviewing general ledger on a daily basis to ensure accuracy of posting.
- Monitor proper accounting for PPE, Receivables, Payables and other asset to ensure the accuracy and transparency of Management Reports.
- Administered accounting records and Raw material purchase, inventory and analyzed data obtained and record results.
- Oversee the regular accounts and supervise the tasks of commercial department and accounting department.
- Maintain corporate liaison with customers, vendors, lenders and auditors.
- Monitor inter-company transactions and confirm monthly reconciliation reports.
- Monitor overdue receivables for collection and overdue Payable for disbursement as well as regular receivables and payables.
- Ensure monthly bank reconciliation, treasury operations and services and monitor the liquidity position of bank account, fund utilization, cash pooling and FC transactions.
- Support Supply chain for L/C related issue and arrange payment for vendors by deducting Tax & VAT and also submit TAX and VAT return to the Govt. body.
- Assist for external financial audit planning, report preparation and corporate Tax return submission.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance or Accounting
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance or Accounting
- Master of Commerce (M Com) in Finance or Accounting.
- CACC/CMA course completed.

- Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Office Specially Word & Excel)
- Need strong communication/interpersonal skills, analytical skill, negotiation skill, planning and people management skill.
