Job Description / Responsibility

Capable of handling a large number of guarding operations across multiple areas.
Ensure daily morning operational reporting from all zones.
Plan and execute weekly/monthly operational deployments, development of existing projects, supervision, etc.
Ensure regular checks on security and armed guards by the respective Patrol Officer and Operation Officer, both day and night.
Ensure smooth guarding operation services for different clients, such as banking, industrial, corporate, universities, hospitals, etc.
Prepare and submit a daily/weekly client visit schedule and feedback report to the senior management.
Oversee the recruitment of security and armed guards, provide proper training, and ensure timely deployment to their respective posts.
This is a primary task of the Operations Department.
Address operational issues, providing problem-solving solutions and reporting to superiors.
Perform any other tasks assigned by top management.

Educational Requirements

Master’s degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

5 to 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Security Service

Additional Job Requirements

Age 27 to 38 years
Personal motorcycle and valid motorcycle license are mandatory.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Confidence to take challenge.
Expert in data entry both Bangla and English.
