Assistant Architect - Drafting

Job Description / Responsibility

Must be an expert in architectural construction drawings.
Should be knowledgeable in approval drawings, schedules, BOQ, and tender documents.
Diagnose and resolve drawing conflicts and errors.
Must have a strong understanding of structural, electromechanical, and other technical drawings.
Site visits when necessary.
Any other task assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Architecture

Experience Requirements

2 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Consulting Firms, Engineering Firms, Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Age 26 to 32 years.
Both males and females are allowed to apply.
High expertise in AutoCAD and SketchUp is a must.
Revit expertise will get preference.
Excellent time management skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects.
Strong work ethics and motivation.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Positive Attitude.
