Job Description / Responsibility

Collect grievance of workers & Consult with management to resolve workers problem, complaints or grievances.
Personal File Updating
Monitoring Daily floor welfare activity, if any problem found try to solve by the help of management.
Workers Leave , Dismiss or others issue which is against the low if observed, immediately try to solve or inform senior authority to solve.
Close Monitoring workers harassment issue in the production floor
Receive leave application & input the software
Support for the maternity benefit, Conduct induction awareness training
Any other tasks assigned by the management

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Masters

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Shipping
