Job Description / Responsibility
  • Job Context
  • We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinator to lead sales and business development activities for training and skill development programs. The role involves working with NGOs, government projects, donor-funded programs, and corporate clients to generate revenue and partnerships.
  • Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the sales team to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities with NGOs, government agencies, donor-funded projects, and corporate clients.
  • Prepare proposals, concept notes, and presentations for training and skill development projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with institutional and corporate partners.
  • Represent the organization in meetings, workshops, and networking events.
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities for training programs.
  • Conduct market research and track project and tender opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales and business development reports.
  • Maintain proper sales records and documentation.

Educational Requirements
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Development Studies, or relevant discipline.
  • Master’s degree will be preferred.
Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agency, NGO, Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Consulting Firms, Research Organization, Market Research Firms, IT Enabled Service, Group of Companies, Software Company, Training Institutes

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 26 to 40 years
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prepare proposals and reports
  • Good networking and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Good command of English and Bangla
