Job Description / Responsibility

FIERO is a premium bespoke and made-to-measure clothing brand specializing in suits, shirts, formalwear, and luxury custom garments for men and women. We serve clients locally and internationally through studio appointments, home services, and virtual consultations.
We are looking for a highly responsible and professional Studio Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a smooth luxury experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall studio operations and daily workflow
Supervise team members (sales, operations, tailoring, client service)
Ensure proper order tracking (trial dates, delivery dates, fabric codes, priority orders)
Maintain client experience standards at international level
Coordinate with production team for timely trial and delivery
Monitor sales performance and team targets
Handle inventory and showroom display management
Ensure discipline, professionalism, and smooth communication within the team
Report directly to the Top Management

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Business / Management preferred)

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Buying House, Shop/Showroom

Additional Job Requirements

3–5 years experience in retail, luxury brand, fashion house, or similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Well-groomed, confident, and presentable personality
Ability to manage pressure and urgent priority orders
Strong understanding of client handling and premium service mindset
Basic knowledge of accounts and reporting is an advantage
