Job Description / Responsibility
  • Leads Manufacturing Operation To Ensure high Quality Safe Product Focusing On cGMP.
  • Manage the manufacturing of various pharmaceutical products including tablets, capsules, syrups,sachets,Ointment, semisolid, drysyrup Etc.
  • Oversee the entire factory`s management, coordinating with quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), and engineering departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Production Forecasting and Scheduling Daily production Output forecasts Monthly Production
  • Operate Packer & Other Worker Management Training.
  • Plan, direct, and oversee daily manufacturing activities, including output optimization and timely delivery of products.
  • Create and manage monthly, tri-monthly, and annual capital and operation budgets, with a focus on engineering divisions to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Motivate factory personnel, including various management levels, by monitoring performance, providing guidance, training, and fostering professional development.
  • Develop long-term strategies for process improvement, automation, and capacity growth.

Educational Requirements
  • Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
  • Masters of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
  • Must have registration under the Bangladesh pharmacy Council.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 10 years
