Job Description / Responsibility
- Make production plan as per market demand and ensure implementation of daily production.
- Monitoring daily production uPVC pipe and fittings, plastic household and furniture production also checking the quality of product.
- Production and inventory planning of raw material, finish good & ME item.
- Prepare yearly capacity planning, budget preparation, monthly and yearly raw material planning.
- Plan, organize and control overall factory operations to meet production targets.
- Ensure smooth operation of injection molding/extrusion/blow molding machines.
- Monitor machine efficiency, production output, and minimize downtime.
- Control raw material consumption and reduce wastage/scrap rate.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Store, and Commercial departments.
- Ensure product quality as per company and customer standards.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.
- Prepare production and performance reports for top management.
- Lead and develop production team members, supervisors, and operators.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and develop production and operations teams, including supervisors and frontline workers.
- Drive performance through training, coaching, and performance management.
- Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Promote safe working culture and enforce PPE protocols.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience Requirements
- 8 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Developer, Furniture Manufacturer, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Real Estate, Shipping, Shopping mall, Trading or Export/Import
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 30 to 45 years
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in plastic manufacturing operations.
- Strong Knowledge of plastic processing technologies.
- Experience with ERP systems and production planning tools.
