Job Description / Responsibility
  • Plan, coordinate, oversee, and manage daily activities to achieve predetermined objectives.
  • Supervise the complete production process of the Flexible Printing and Packaging plant.
  • Maintain quality in accordance with the specifications of the customer.
  • Guarantee the quick operation of the slitting & blown, lamination, slitting, and gravure printing processes.
  • Diagnose printing defects (dot gain, colour variance, registration problems, etc.).
  • Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and upgrade & maintain quality standards.
  • Maintain quality control and ensure timely product delivery.
  • Observe maintenance of the machinery, supplies, and inventories.
  • Should have appropriate understanding of machine and tool maintenance.
  • Perform any additional responsibilities given by management.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
  • Masters in Engineering (MEngg)
Experience Requirements
  • At least 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electric Wire/Cable, Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Plastic/ Polymer Industry
