Job Description / Responsibility
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard operating times and improve efficiency.
- Prepare operation bulletins, machine layouts, and manpower requirements.
- Implement methods to reduce waste and enhance productivity across production lines.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and planning departments to ensure optimal workflow.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for production efficiency.
- Support capacity planning and line balancing activities.
- Participate in new product development and sample approval processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation for process improvements and standardization.
- Assist in training production staff on new methods and process updates.
- Hourly production monitoring as per line target.
- Collect NPT of every line from the concerned supervisor.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives: Kaizen, 5S, waste reduction, and continuous improvement projects.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, and Work Study teams to ensure smooth style changeover.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 28 years
- Must have hands-on knowledge of QCO, SMV, line balancing, and method study.
- Good understanding of sewing operations, WIP control, and production workflow.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with IE software/tools.
- Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
