Job Description / Responsibility
- Role Overview
- The Production Coordinator is responsible for monitoring garment production and quality, coordinating with international teams and external partners, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders to meet production timelines and quality standards.
- Key Responsibilities
- Monitor garment production processes and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Communicate regularly with the Japan team regarding production updates and requirements.
- Coordinate with manufacturing factories, inspection companies, testing laboratories, and forwarding partners.
- Facilitate arrangements for foreign delegates and related coordination activities.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.
Additional Job Requirements
- 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in garment production and quality.
- Knowledge of garment production processes and quality control standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Japanese language proficiency (JLPT – N3 Passed)
