We are looking for qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Associate Manager / Senior Manager (Learning & Development, Human Resources Division for Head Office).
  • Location: Head Office, Dhaka
  • Job Grade: SO - AVP
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the design and implementation of leadership, functional, and behavioral development programs.
  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of learning programs including calendars, logistics, faculty, materials, and evaluations.
  • Manage LMS operations including course creation, nomination, exam management, and reporting.
  • Work closely with HRBPs and business units to identify training needs and translate them into effective learning solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and external trainers/vendors for program delivery.
  • Support execution of Management Trainee, Graduate Trainee, and early-career development programs.
  • Prepare regular MIS, dashboards, and reports for management review.
  • Responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance in L & D across the bank.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
  • Graduation or Post-graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements
  • 4 to 6 years

Additional Job Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or Talent Development.
  • Experience in banking or financial services will be an advantage.
  • Exposure to training coordination, LMS management, and program delivery is preferred.
  • Strong execution and coordination skills
  • Stakeholder management and communication ability
  • Learning mindset with attention to detail
  • Basic facilitation and presentation skills
  • Data orientation and reporting capability
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
