Job Description / Responsibility

Managing the Human Resources Department.
Formulating and implementing HR policies and SOPs. Also trying to implement Labor Law-2006 and Policy-2015.
Maintaining, maintaining and updating personal files of all employees.
Providing necessary training to employees. For example: Providing necessary training including orientation, fire, hygiene etc.
Inspecting factories, units as needed.
Following all decisions, arranging various meetings and making minutes of the meetings.
Preparing, recording and submitting all payroll related information correctly.
Maintaining updated information on staff in the HR database and creating analytical reports, such as leave, illness, promotion, performance etc.
Actively participating in the recruitment process: preparing advertisements, scheduling, participating in interview boards, ensuring background checks etc.
Performing other duties as directed by the management.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

8 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Food (Packaged), Group of Companies, Hotel, Manufacturing (FMCG), Restaurant
