Job Description / Responsibility
  • Ensure Production as per planning.
  • Make sure to contribute to Daily, weekly & monthly planning.
  • Manage and direct activities amiable to productivity of the production unit for sweater Factory
  • Ensure optimum utilization of men, machine & material to capitulate higher productivity
  • Analyze, control and reduce cost in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Establish and maintain operational guidelines, procedures and practices.
  • Monitor operational performance to improve the existing performance and efficiency of the production operatives and processes.
  • Understand technical file, PP comments & implement in place.
  • Track revised/final delivery, in-house & approval dates of respective styles to ensure timely delivery.
  • Responsible for reporting production cost, maintenance, consumption, monthly stock, people, quality and safety for effective decision making by management.
  • Optimization of human resources.
  • Evaluate staff performance, ensure & maintain floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
  • Previous working experience with automatic knitting machine factory.
  • knowledge in programming.
  • Reporting to Director about daily production & planning.
  • Coordinate with other department heads as required.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • At least 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sweater Industry

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age At least 30 years
  • Good leadership and motivation skills .
  • Technical knowledge of Sweater.
  • Practical working experiences with s'Oliver, Tomtailor, Zara, George, Lindex, H &M, Mango, Kohl's GAP ,Cecil, Target, Bankotex, Street One, etc.
