Job Description / Responsibility
- Plan, organize, and control daily, weekly, and monthly production activities to meet shipment targets.
- Prepare production schedules and ensure smooth workflow from cutting, sewing, finishing to packing.
- Allocate manpower, machines, and materials effectively to achieve optimum productivity.
- Monitor line loading, capacity planning, and balance production lines for maximum efficiency.
- Supervise all production floor operations and ensure targets are achieved within deadline.
- Ensure required quality standards are maintained and minimize defects, rework, and rejection.
- Control WIP (Work in Progress) and identify bottlenecks to ensure continuous production flow.
- Coordinate with IE team for line balancing, method improvement, and productivity enhancement.
- Work closely with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Store, and Compliance teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor production efficiency, downtime, and take corrective actions to improve performance.
- Implement lean manufacturing practices, cost control, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Ensure proper utilization of labor, machines, and factory resources.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and 5S/housekeeping standards on the production floor.
- Lead, guide, and motivate supervisors, line chiefs, and operators to achieve production goals.
- Provide training and development support to production staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, buyer requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor labor cost, overtime control, and overall production expenses.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to management.
- Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Communicate production risks, challenges, and solutions to higher management on time.

- 5 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories, Dyeing Factory, Washing Factory
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 28 to 45 years
- 5–10+ years of woven garments production experience with minimum 1–2 years in managerial role·
- Strong knowledge of woven garment construction, cutting, finishing, and washing processes·
- Good leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills·
- Proficient in MS Office and production reporting
