Job Description / Responsibility

Educational Requirements

Minimum Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

Additional Job Requirements

Experience - Freshers/Experienced canditate will be preferable.
Requirement
Must have Registration under the Bangladesh Pharmacy Council (PCB).
Assist in the daily management of manufacturing operations, ensuring that activities are executed efficiently and effectively.
Ensure full compliance with relevant quality and safety standards, specifically mentioning cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices)
Assist in the planning, implementation, and supervision of daily Productions schedules for both manufacturing and packaging lines.
Ensure all production activities adhere to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices).
reviewing and verifying documentation like BMRs (Batch Manufacturing Records), process validations, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Monitor process quality, handle deviations, manage equipment cleaning and sanitation, and oversee maintenance.
Guide production staff, manage resources, monitor product quality, and provide training on quality and safety standards.
