Senior Executive / Executive - Accounting & MIS

Job Description / Responsibility

Maintain proper books of accounts in compliance with company policy and accounting standards.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Monitor daily accounting transactions including vouchers, ledger posting, and reconciliations.
Prepare bank reconciliation statements and ensure proper cash and bank management.
Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and variance analysis.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of MIS reports to management.
Analyze financial data and provide management insights for decision-making.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit activities.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Support management in financial planning, forecasting, and reporting as required.
Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and periodic reports.
Track key financial and operational performance indicators.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of MIS data.
Coordinate with other departments to collect and verify data for MIS reporting.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting
Professional course in Accounting & MIS will get preference.

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 30 years
Experience in Accounting & MIS will get preference.
