Job Description / Responsibility
- Accounts & Financial Management
- Take full ownership of financial management across all ND brands
- Transition all accounting operations to Odoo ERP, eliminating parallel Excel systems
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping, compliance, and financial discipline
- Expense Management
- Authorize, control, and report all expenses (internal & external)
- Maintain expense lists, payables, and due dates
- Prepare and manage requisition logs and obtain management approvals
- Record all expenses with proper documentation in Expense Logs
- Maintain receipts, bills, and expense statements
- Manage petty cash and prepare Daily Cash Statements
- Handle bank withdrawals, deposits, cheques, and online transfers
- Safeguard company cheques and mitigate financial risks
- Oversee accounts & petty cash of:
- ND Banani Store & Warehouse
- SAND Apparel Factory
- Sales Collection Management
- Ensure 100% sales collection from all revenue channels:
- Retail, Online, Pathao, Daraz, Foodpanda, Wholesale, B2B, Events, Damage Sales
- Verify all sales deposits with proper proof
- Identify discrepancies and immediately follow up on pending collections
- Recover courier losses/damage overdues
- Manage all accounts receivables and overdues
- Financial Planning & Budgeting
- Prepare 3, 6, and 12-month cash flow forecasts
- Prepare yearly and quarterly budgets
- Control expenses against approved budgets
- Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities
- Loan & Banking
- Ensure timely repayment of all bank loans
- Source new loan opportunities and reduce interest costs
- Process loan documentation and applications
- Maintain strong relationships with banks
- Financial Reporting
- Weekly financial update every Saturday
- Monthly Profit & Loss Statement
- Balance Sheet preparation
- Monthly closing within first 10 days
- Submit monthly financial summary to CEO: P&L, Cash Flow, Loans, Receivables, Payables
- Weekly bank reconciliation
- Track and analyze financial KPIs
- Manage business profit transfers
- Import, Costing & Audit
- Handle import LC documentation
- Prepare COGS reports for supplements & apparel
- Conduct stock audits across: Warehouse, Retail, Marketplace, Factory
- Perform quarterly asset audits
- Salary & Administration
- Prepare salary sheets and process salary, bonus & OT
- Manage PF and employee bank records
- Provide administrative support to CEO / Operations
- Team & Compliance
- Build and manage accounts team
- Assign, monitor, and review team performance
- Monitor fraud risks and internal control gaps
- Report irregularities directly to CEO
- Maintain all company documentation: Trade License, VAT, IRC, Import documents
Educational Requirements
- Masters
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Financial Consultants, Garments, Banks, E-commerce
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 45 years
- Experience in Odoo Accounting Module
- Excellent knowledge of VAT, compliance, and reporting
- High integrity, ownership mindset, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multi-brand financial operations
